Palm Jumeirah restaurants shine bright for second year in a row at the Michelin Guide Dubai 2023 awards

Experience Michelin-Star Dining in Palm Jumeirah

Nakheel is proud to announce that 15 restaurants on Palm Jumeirah have been recognised in the 2023 edition of the prestigious Michelin Guide Dubai. 

Two of Palm Jumeirah’s most coveted restaurants – Trèsind Studio and STAY by Yannick Alleno – received two Michelin stars in this year’s guide.

Trèsind Studio has transformed Indian cuisine with innovation andculinary theatrics, elevating its ranking from one Michelin star to two Michelin stars. This makes it the first Indian restaurant in the UAE and the second in the world to win two Michelin stars. The restaurant’s immersive degustation menu offers a captivating intimate dining experience, attracting gourmands from all over the world. 

STAY by Yannick Alleno, a symbol of French culinary mastery, has captivated diners with its impeccable cuisine, opulent décor and exceptional service. Remaining true to the philosophy of ‘less is more’, STAY by Yannick Alleno offers flavour-packed French dishes that have earned the restaurant two Michelin stars this year.

Four additional restaurants on Palm Jumeirah - Dinner by Heston Blumenthal, Hakkasan, Ossiano, and Torno Subito have received one Michelin star for their exceptional attention to the quality of ingredients, harmony of flavours, personality of the chef in the cuisine, cooking techniques and consistency in dining experience. 

Ibn Albahr at Club Vista Mare was also recognised, receiving the Bib Gourmand award, which highlights high-quality, friendly dining at an affordable price.

An additional eight restaurants were given the accolade of Michelin-selected, including Ariana’s Persian Kitchen, Jaleo, La Mar by Gaston Acurio, Estiatorios Milos, Ruya, Akira Back, Little Miss India and Nobu Dubai.
